PROVIDING YOUR CHILDREN WITH THEIR BEST START IN LIFE
Horns Drove Community Childcare
Breakfast & After - School Club
Our Footprints sessions provide wraparound childcare for children aged 2 to 11 years, offering both breakfast and after-school clubs in a safe, welcoming environment.
Children can start their day with a healthy breakfast of milk, water or juice, cereal and/or toast, followed by time to play and socialise before school. We offer a convenient drop-off service to Rownhams St John’s Primary School, ensuring a smooth transition into the school day.
After school, our team can collect children from Rownhams St John’s, bringing them back to enjoy a relaxed, engaging space where they can unwind, play, and connect with friends. Activities include creative play, outdoor activities, quiet time, and opportunities to recharge after a busy day.
Whether you need flexible childcare, a local breakfast club, or a reliable after-school service, Footprints is here to support your family with care and consistency.

Each child will be allocated a key-person who will observe your child’s development throughout their time with us, and keep records that will be made available to you. We’ll also hold key-person/parent meetings during the year to discuss your child’s progress and set future focus activities.
We accept various forms of funding including 15 hours funding for 2 year olds, 30 hours, tax-free childcare, and all other workplace vouchers.
FFor more information on financial support for childcare, visit our financial support blog post.
We’re open Monday to Friday throughout school term time (38 weeks per year).
We’re closed for 5 INSET (Internal Training) days each year, and public holidays.
